Say it once. Bruno does the rest.

Write to it, or send a voice note on Telegram, the way you would to a friend. It works out what the message is about, files it, puts it in your calendar, and comes back to you when it matters.

TC I built it for myself. Then I never switched it off.

The story

Too much to hold in your head at once.

The car tax coming due. My brother's present. The appointment I still had to book. The gym, which always slips unless I pin it down. That film someone recommended, whose title I could no longer remember.

In among all that was the company I had founded. The server alert at one in the morning, the review left half done, the interview for the new backend engineer, the idea for an algorithm that came to me in the car and was gone by the evening.

And the calendars: one per job, plus my own, none of them talking to each other. Deadlines arrived from different people and different projects, part by email, part in conversation, part in a message. My thoughts and ideas were everywhere except in the same place.

Then my mother's birthday, the shopping, friends who say let's catch up and two months go by. Taken one at a time, none of this is hard. What is hard is holding it all at once, and going from an infrastructure problem to the washing machine in the space of ten minutes.

I tried notes on my phone, reminders, sheets of paper on the desk. Everything ended up somewhere different, and none of those places talked to the others. In the end the place was me, and by evening my head was buzzing.

I did not need another place to write things down. I needed someone to tell them to.

Bruno started on a Sunday, as an experiment. I would send it a message and it worked out what the message was about and where it belonged. After three days I was sending it everything.

The real leap was connecting the calendar. From then on it stopped being a memory and started reasoning about the time I actually have: if I ask whether something fits, it looks at the week and tells me no when the answer is no.

I have more going on now than I did then: new ideas, projects starting up, companies to build, and big changes in my personal life. This is exactly the moment Bruno became indispensable. Without it, half of these things would already have fallen by the wayside.

Whenever something is missing I add it the same evening. From today I will also add what is missing for you.

How it works

You chat. The dashboard fills itself in.

There is nothing to fill in. Projects, deadlines, tasks and your agenda all come out of the things you tell it in the chat. The website is only there so you can look at them calmly.

From the chat to the view

Four ways of looking at the same things

A timeline for projects, a board for tasks, a queue for the day, a calendar for the hours. Drag a bar on the website and it changes in the chat too. Say it in the chat and it changes on the website.

Connect your calendar and everything changes

Google Calendar and Outlook, read-only or, if you want, read and write. That is how it knows where your real gaps are. When you ask it to plan a day it does not invent anything: it fits what is left around what you already have.

Voice notes, photos, files, video

Send it whatever you have to hand

A voice note while you drive, a photo of a receipt, the PDF of a contract, video from a building site. Bruno listens, reads, understands, files it where it belongs, and then tells you where it put it.

Before it slips your mind

It writes to you

Every half hour it asks itself whether there is anything worth telling you. If there is not, it says nothing. When it speaks it is because a deadline is coming up, or something has been stuck for too long.

Bruno

The plumber's quote has been sitting for 9 days. Do you want to chase it, or shall I drop it?

Bruno

Tomorrow you have three things between 9 and 2, plus the gym at noon. One has to go: which one?

Bruno

You have not logged a workout in two weeks. Everything all right?

Let's build it together

Bruno is not finished, and that is the point.

For years it grew around what I needed. Now it grows around what you need.

There is a feedback section inside the app. Write what is missing and what is awkward; I read it and I update the system. There is no product department in between: there is one person, using the same assistant you are.

Let's switch it on together, in an afternoon.

Your assistant, at your own address, connected to your Telegram and your calendar. You pay from the start, with no trial period. What it writes stays yours, and you can take it with you whenever you like.

Or write to me, and we'll set it up together:
