LifeMate is a personal assistant that lives on a machine dedicated to you. This page explains what data we process, where it lives, and what we never do.
Who the data controller is
The data controller is Tommaso Ceschia, who operates the lifemate24.com service.
For any question about your data, write to tommasoceschia@gmail.com.
The principle: your content stays with you
Every assistant runs on a dedicated, isolated instance. What you write to your assistant — notes, journal, expenses, people, documents, conversations — stays on your instance and is not read by us.
Only technical signals reach our control plane: service status, usage counts as numbers, error classes. Never the content of a message, a document or an event.
The only words of yours that can leave your instance are the reports and requests you choose to send us, and they go out only after you have confirmed their text.
What data we process
- Account data: name, email address and, if you connect it, your Telegram identifier.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details never pass through our systems.
- Technical data: redacted error logs, free of personal content, and aggregate usage metrics.
Google and Microsoft calendars
If you connect a calendar, the assistant accesses it to read your commitments and, only if you explicitly enable it, to create or move events at your request.
- Calendar data stays on your instance, like everything else: it does not reach our central systems.
- For each calendar you decide what the assistant sees: everything, busy slots only, or nothing.
- We do not sell calendar data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
- No human reads your calendar data, except at your explicit request for support or where required by law.
- You can revoke access at any time from the security settings of your Google or Microsoft account, as well as by disconnecting the calendar from your assistant.
LifeMate's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
Your data stays for as long as the service is active. If a payment fails the service is suspended, but your data remains intact and downloadable until the very last day.
When you ask for deletion, we delete the instance and all its data, backups included. Deletion is never automatic: a person carries it out, at your request.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data and object to processing.
You can download your data at any time, in a readable format, directly from your assistant.
If you believe processing violates the law you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Cookie
We only use technical cookies: the language you chose for this site and the customer area session. No profiling cookies, no ad tracking.
Changes
If this policy changes in a substantial way we will tell you before the changes take effect.
