The service
LifeMate provides a personal assistant based on artificial intelligence, running on a dedicated, isolated instance, reachable via web and Telegram.
The service is offered by Tommaso Ceschia through the lifemate24.com website.
Registration and account
Using the service requires an account, with truthful details and a working contact. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens with your account.
You may authorise other people to talk to your assistant: they remain guests of your account and you answer for them.
Prices and payments
The service is a subscription with automatic renewal, at the prices shown at the time of purchase. Payments are handled by Stripe.
If a payment fails we tell you right away and the service keeps working for 7 days. Then the service is suspended: background workers stop, but your data remains intact and downloadable.
As soon as the payment goes through the service restarts on its own, losing nothing.
Your data remains yours
Everything you write to your assistant is and remains yours. You can download it at any time, in a readable format, even while the service is suspended and until the last day before deletion.
How we handle data is set out in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Fair use
- Do not use the service for unlawful activities, to harm others, or to send unsolicited communications.
- Do not attempt to access other users' instances or data, nor to bypass the isolation and security measures.
- Do not resell the service or grant access to third parties beyond the people you authorise on your assistant.
In case of serious violations we may suspend the service, notifying you and safeguarding your data in any case.
The assistant can be wrong
The assistant is based on artificial intelligence models and may produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. Verify important information before making decisions.
The assistant's answers do not constitute medical, legal, tax or financial advice.
Third-party services
The service integrates with third-party platforms you choose to connect: Telegram, Google, Microsoft, and the artificial intelligence model provider through your own subscription. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their terms.
An outage of a third-party service is beyond our control, but we do our best to limit its effects.
Cancellation and deletion
You can cancel whenever you want: the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew.
You can request full deletion at any time: we delete the instance and all its data, backups included, after you have had the chance to download everything.
Liability
We provide the service with the care of people who use it every day for their own lives, but without a guarantee of absolute continuity. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants to consumers.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are substantial we will tell you in advance, and if you do not accept them you can cancel before they take effect.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction; if one clause is found invalid, the others stand.
